key duties include crafting press releases, cultivating media relationships, monitoring public perception, and managing crisis communications, while leveraging social media platforms to amplify brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
· Media Relations:
· Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant journalists and media outlets.
· Pitch story ideas, draft press releases, and proactively distribute information to the media.
· Respond to media inquiries promptly and effectively.
· Arrange interviews with company executives and subject matter experts.
· Content Creation:
· Develop compelling press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials aligned with brand messaging.
· Create engaging social media content to support PR campaigns.
· Write thought leadership articles and blog posts to establish company expertise.
· Brand Reputation Management:
· Monitor media coverage and public sentiment towards the company.
· Develop crisis communication plans and effectively address negative publicity.
· Proactively manage the company's online reputation through social media monitoring and engagement.
· Campaign Development and Execution:
· Conceptualize and execute integrated PR campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
· Plan and manage PR events, including press conferences and industry gatherings.
· Track campaign performance using key metrics to measure success.
· Stakeholder Engagement:
· Build relationships with key internal stakeholders including executives, product teams, and marketing departments.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong understanding of media landscape and journalist relations
· Proven ability to develop and execute successful PR campaigns
· Social media proficiency and understanding of digital PR strategies
· Crisis communication management skills
· Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
· Experience in a Retail/Hotel industry preferred
