We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will ensure client satisfaction, handle queries efficiently, and contribute to business growth through excellent service and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
- Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of client issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver quality service
- Maintain client records and update CRM systems regularly
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Achieve client satisfaction and retention targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, customer relationship, or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and customer-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
