Need Co-TEK (Technical Manager) for Infinity Hyundai, Jharsuguda, Odisha location.
Job Responsibility:
Technical Expertise:
- Possess a deep understanding of vehicle technology and diagnostic skills using Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Troubleshoot and analyze the root causes of complex technical problems.
- Assist technicians in resolving complex issues that they cannot handle.
- Prepare skill matrices for technical staff and design classroom/On-the-Job Training (OJT) plans accordingly.
- Act as a relay trainer at the dealership.
- Ensure that vehicles are repaired as per repair order (RO) verbatim and instructions.
- Share best practices and important observations with the team in meetings.
- Minimize repeat repairs and improve workshop productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure all SOPs are adhered during diagnosis and repair.
Qualification: Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or MMV.
Experience: Minimum 3-4 Years Experience as a Cotek or Technical Manager in an automobile dealership.
