Job Description - Graphic Designer
Location: SCO 5, above SBI Bank, Sector-12, Huda, Panipat, Haryana 132103
Department: Marketing & Creative Team
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
Experience
Experienced candidates preferred.
Freshers with relevant training/certifications and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
Incentive Structure
In addition to the fixed salary, the candidate will be eligible for performance-based incentives:
- If the designer contributes to achieving 10,000 CAD in business revenue, they will receive a 1% incentive.
- If 75% of the target (7,500 CAD) is achieved, they will receive a 0.5% incentive. (Incentives are subject to company policy and performance evaluation.)
Requirements & Skills
- Must own a personal laptop.
- Portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work is mandatory.
- Prior experience in graphic design is preferred.
- Freshers may apply if they have completed a Graphic Design course or received training in design software.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Canva, or other relevant design software.
- Strong creativity and visual design skills.
- Good understanding of branding, social media creatives, and marketing materials.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Create visually appealing graphics aligned with the company's branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns.
- Edit and optimise designs based on feedback.
- Ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
- Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
