As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. Throughout the day, the engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while preserving compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to understand needs and implement effective solutions is a key part of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Integration Hub.
- Experience with integration techniques including REST and SOAP web services.
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms to streamline application customization.
- Ability to work with APIs to extend and enhance packaged application functionality.
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve integration and configuration challenges.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Integration Hub.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
