Roles & Responsibilities-:
- Conduct accurate site measurements for residential and/or commercial interior projects.
- Verify existing conditions and record dimensions for walls, beams, pillars, doors, windows, AC points, electrical points, and other structural elements.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure measurements align with working drawings.
- Prepare and update technical drawings, layouts, and sketches in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Support designers and project managers in resolving on-site discrepancies.
- Ensure technical precision to avoid execution errors and support smooth project delivery.
- Maintain organized records of site measurements and related documentation.
Qualification Required-:
Education: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in site measurements within the interior design/construction sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of interior design execution, furniture layouts, and spatial planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (mandatory).
- Excellent understanding of dimensions, scaling, and architectural/structural elements. Good communication and coordination skills with design and execution teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently on-site.
Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
