We're Hiring – Computer Operator (Warehouse Operations)

Khari Foods is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Computer Operator to support our warehouse and daily operations. If you are organized, comfortable working with Excel, and enjoy maintaining accurate records, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain daily warehouse records in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Record inward and outward stock entries accurately.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate stock reconciliation.
- Generate invoices, delivery challans, and other operational documents as required.
- Maintain records of dispatches, returns, and inventory movements.
- Assist in order processing and documentation.
- Ensure all operational data is updated in a timely and accurate manner.
- Organize and maintain digital records and files.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Graduate or 12th Pass with relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in an FMCG warehouse or inventory management role will be preferred.
