Job Summary
We are seeking a confident and result-oriented Telesales Executive with excellent spoken English to engage with prospective and existing customers over the phone. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, be customer-focused, and be capable of converting inquiries into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries professionally and convert leads into customers.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and services clearly and confidently.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Generate sales opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Resolve customer queries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on new jewellery collections, promotions, and company offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer support, or telecalling.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Ability to communicate confidently with domestic and international customers.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Good computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in the jewellery, luxury retail, or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
- Professional telephone etiquette and excellent listening skills.
- Positive attitude with strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
