Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and result-oriented Placement & Operations Manager to lead placement initiatives, manage industry partnerships, coordinate student activities, and oversee operational processes within the academy.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, stakeholder management experience, and a passion for helping students build successful careers.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlacement & Industry Relations
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and hiring partners.
- Identify internship and job opportunities for students.
- Coordinate placement drives, hiring events, interviews, and recruitment activities.
- Track placement metrics and maintain placement records.
- Build partnerships with industry professionals and organizations.
Student Success & Career Support
- Guide students regarding career opportunities and placement readiness.
- Coordinate training programs related to employability skills.
- Monitor student progress and placement outcomes.
- Work closely with trainers and mentors to improve placement performance.
Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day academy operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth program execution.
- Maintain operational reports, documentation, and records.
- Support event planning, workshops, bootcamps, and career-focused initiatives.
- Ensure timely execution of academy activities and commitments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in placements, operations, training, recruitment, education, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Good organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with colleges, training institutes, EdTech companies, or placement cells.
- Existing network of recruiters and hiring partners.
- Experience organizing placement drives, career events, or student programs.

Compensation
Salary: Competitive and based on experience.
