Skilling and Vocational Training Coordinator oversees and implements educational programs designed to equip individuals with practical, industry-specific skills. · Program Management: Plan, execute, and monitor the daily operations of skilling programs.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with training partners, donors, local communities, and government authorities.
· Community Mobilization: Conduct outreach and coordinate enrolment campaigns to attract prospective trainees and beneficiaries.
· Data Tracking & Reporting: Collect data on youth attendance, pass rates, and job placements to prepare MIS (Management Information System) and impact reports.
Key Skills & Competencies
· Project Management: Strong ability to manage targets, timelines, and budgets.
· Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for mentoring youth and negotiating with industry partners.
· Data Analysis: Proficiency in using spreadsheet software (like MS Excel or Google Sheets) and reporting tools to measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
· Problem-Solving: On-ground adaptability and the ability to resolve logistical or administrative challenges swiftly
Typical Requirements
· Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Rural Development, or a related field.
· Experience: Previous experience in youth skilling, management, or non-profit/development sectors.

Job Responsibilities
1. Identification of youth from Child Care Institution, Community etc.for Skilling and Vocational training
2. Preparing and Execution of Plan of the Skilling and Vocational Training daily, weekly and monthly basis
3. Supporting Youth in continuing their Skilling and Vocational Training
4. Admission of Youth in different Vocational Institution as per youth need.
5.Follow of Vocational training youth their attendance in Vocational and skilling classes on daily and weekly basis.
6.Organzining the project activities as life skill session, job readiness session, motivational session
7.Individual counselling of the youth on weekly basis.
8. Supporting Youth in accessing safe and secure living spaces while doing Vocational training.
9. Facilitating the monthly disbursement of support to the youth
10. Implementing the program for vocational and professional skills
11. Ensuring need-based health, emotional support to youth
12. Support the city team in preparing the plan and budget for the project
13. Managing the expenditure and fund utilization for the Skilling and Vocational training
14. Facilitating the job placement/employment of the youth and hand holding them for stability in the workplace and life till requirement of the youth.
15.Finding Vocational Institute for Skill upgrading of youth
16. Networking with New Company/HR for recruitment of youth
