Hiring for the role of : Trainer – Conversational English
Location: Mumbai Salary - 32000 to 35000 monthly CTC
Job Description - We are looking for passionate, empathetic, and highly skilled English Communications Trainers to design and deliver this training program [indicative duration – 50 hours] .
The trainer should be adept at teaching verbal and written English, enhancing emotional intelligence, building self-confidence, and facilitating practical communication practice through engaging activities, role plays, public speaking, and peer interactions.
The role involves a hybrid mode of delivery [ in -person and virtual as required] but requires high engagement and presence.
Experience:- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English, preferably spoken English to adults or youth from underserved communities.
- Experience delivering virtual training on Zoom, Google Meet, or MS Teams.Skills & Attributes
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Deep understanding of spoken English pedagogy for low-level learners.
- Strong facilitation skills, high energy, and empathy for learners from underserved backgrounds.
- Confident public speaker and motivator, able to inspire and uplift.
- Ability to promote emotional intelligence, collaboration, and self-belief in young adults.- Adaptable to varying levels of learner fluency and technological comfort.
- Familiarity with assessment tools, rubrics, and learning evaluation strategies.Working Hours-
Engagement: This is a Full Time role with 9 hours per day including training delivery, prep, and reporting.- Mode: In-person or Remote as required. (Trainer will be located in Mumbai).
