Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the organization's accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and deliver accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting activities, lead the accounts team, and support strategic financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance and filings.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and address audit observations.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and applicable laws.
- Supervise and mentor the accounts team.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Support management with financial analysis, MIS reports, and forecasting.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (such as Tally Prime, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

- Accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

- Timely month-end and year-end closing.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
