Job Description
- Manage and supervise day-to-day site execution activities.
- Strong experience in RCC works including footing, column, beam, slab, shear wall, and concrete pouring.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site workforce.
- Conduct reinforcement, shuttering, and concrete quality checks before casting.
- Monitor site progress, material consumption, and manpower productivity.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project management teams.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and measurement sheets.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and construction standards.
- Support billing, BOQ verification, and quantity estimation activities.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of site execution experience.
- Hands-on RCC execution experience is mandatory.
- Experience in residential/commercial building projects.
- Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, BBS, and site documentation preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
