About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Data Entry Executive to support our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with accounting entries, invoice processing, vendor records, GST documentation, and Tally. Prior experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter purchase, sales, and journal vouchers accurately in Tally.
- Record vendor invoices, bills, receipts, and payment entries.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Verify invoices and supporting documents before posting entries.
- Assist in vendor reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Maintain GST-related records and supporting documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required.
- Organize and maintain accounting files, vouchers, and financial records.
- Coordinate with hotel operations and vendors for documentation and payment processing.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts or Finance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, GST, and vendor management.
- Strong numerical aptitude with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in the hospitality, hotel, resort, or restaurant industry will be preferred.
- Candidates based in Dehradun or willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of hotel accounting processes and hospitality ERP systems will be an added advantage.
