Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales representatives to identify customer requirements.
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical workshops.
- Explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Design and propose customized solutions based on customer needs.
- Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and technical questionnaires.
- Provide technical support during the sales process.
- Conduct product evaluations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and pilot projects.
- Work with product, engineering, and customer success teams to address customer requirements.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotes, and technical documentation.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, sales engineering, solutions consulting, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of relevant technologies, products, or services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
