CRM Executive

About the Role
The CRM Executive will coordinate the activities of the Vendor, Supervisor & painter worker teams working on various projects across PAN India. This role involves handling escalations and ensuring adequate manpower availability. The candidate will ensure that teams work according to predefined designs, patterns, and delivery timelines (TAT). They will also serve as the primary point of contact for resolving operational challenges and communicating project progress to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Painter Worker Management
Oversee and manage painter worker teams to ensure they meet project requirements and standards.
Address escalations raised by painter workers and resolve issues promptly to maintain operational continuity.
Ensure performance aligns with project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
2. Operational Oversight
Ensure all work is executed as per the given designs and patterns, maintaining high-quality standards.
Track and report on project progress to ensure timely delivery and adherence to client expectations.
Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with project guidelines and resolve on-ground issues.
3. Client Interaction
Act as the primary point of contact for clients to resolve escalated operational issues.
Provide regular updates on the status of current operations to client teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Average in English - verbal & written communication
2+ years of experience in operations or a similar role.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,040.77 - ₹25,322.83 per month
