Job Title: INTERIOR Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and execute modular kitchen and wardrobe projects.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and installation teams.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Handle client communication and resolve project-related issues.
- Maintain project quality and documentation.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in project execution.
- Experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, or interior projects.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, site execution, budgeting, and coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Estimation & Commercial Strategy
- Oversee the preparation and review of accurate BOQs, project cost estimates, and commercial proposals.
- Develop cost benchmarks, standard rate analysis, and estimation templates to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure competitive pricing strategies while maintaining project profitability.
- Monitor cost trends, material rates, and project financial viability.
· 'Analyse and evaluate the Cost incurred in the Individual projects and submit monthly MIS to management on the Project profitability
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing design and estimation team.
- Define departmental goals, monitor team performance, and drive productivity improvements.
- Encourage innovation, technical development, and continuous learning within the team.
- Train and develop a team of Engineers to ensure the key deliverables
