Jaglax Homes is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Associate to support the day-to-day HR operations for Real Estate and Hospitality teams. The ideal candidate should be passionate about employee engagement, recruitment, staff welfare, and maintaining smooth HR processes in a fast-paced luxury villa environment.
The HR Associate will be responsible for recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance management, employee accommodation coordination, staff engagement activities, documentation, and assisting in maintaining company policies and compliance across villa operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for Real Estate and Hospitality staff.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
- Handle joining formalities, documentation, and employee onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate background verification and employee references.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll inputs and staff data management.
- Ensure proper filing of employee documents and compliance records.
- Assist with employee confirmations, transfers, resignations, and exit formalities.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Coordinate staff engagement activities, birthdays, festivals, and recognition programs.
- Address employee concerns and support staff welfare initiatives.
- Coordinate accommodation allocation and employee movement for villa staff.
- Ensure smooth communication between employees and management.
Training & Coordination
- Assist in organizing training and orientation programs.
- Coordinate with villa operations teams regarding manpower requirements.
- Support HR audits and policy implementation across properties.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Assist with HR reports, trackers, and operational updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR or hospitality HR operations preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Prior hospitality or villa operations experience will be an advantage.
Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
