Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Field Executive to support our gold jewellery operations. The role involves coordinating hallmarking activities, managing gold exchange processes, visiting jewellery retailers, and supporting sales and business development. The ideal candidate should be organized, customer-focused, and comfortable traveling locally.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the submission and collection of jewellery for BIS hallmarking.
- Handle gold exchange transactions with customers and business partners.
- Visit jewellery retailers to promote the company's products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with jewellery shops and dealers.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Collect customer orders, payments, and required documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in the jewellery industry or field operations is preferred.
- Ability to travel locally regularly.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
