About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Control Panel Manager to lead our Control Panel Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of control panel projects including design review, BOM preparation, production planning, procurement coordination, fabrication, assembly, testing, quality assurance, installation, commissioning, and customer support. The candidate should possess strong technical expertise in industrial electrical systems and automation panels while also demonstrating excellent leadership, project management, and customer-handling capabilities.
Requirement:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Control Panel Manufacturing or Industrial Automation.
- Proven experience managing panel projects independently.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, and automation solutions. Experience leading engineering and production teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
Qualification :
B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, EEE, ECE, Instrumentation, Automation Engineering Additional certifications in PLC, SCADA, Industrial Automation are preferred
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
