Core Responsibilities
- Operational Guidance: Provide day-to-day coaching to franchisees on standard operating procedures (SOPs), supply chain management, and staffing.
- Financial Analysis: Review Profit & Loss (P&L) statements with franchisees to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Liaison Work: Act as the "voice of the franchisee" by relaying feedback to corporate departments (Marketing, R&D, IT) and vice versa.
- Marketing Support: Assist franchisees in implementing local marketing campaigns that align with the national brand strategy.
- Fluency in English
