Job Summary:
Computer Solution IT Mall is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting suitable IT products, providing product information, and achieving sales targets. The candidate should have good communication skills and a basic understanding of computers and related hardware products.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products such as laptops, desktops, CCTV systems, and printers.
Demonstrate product features and explain benefits to customers.
Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.
Handle billing coordination and support the sales process.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue.
Keep updated with the latest IT products and technologies.
Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support guidance.
Coordinate with the technical team for product installation and service when required.
Maintain stock information and inform management about product requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).
Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, printers, and CCTV systems.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to convince customers.
Basic knowledge of billing software or MS Office is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Experience:
3 to 10 years of experience in IT product sales.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
