About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and responsible Barista to join our café team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee and beverages, have good customer-service skills, and be willing to learn and grow with the business.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, milkshakes, cold beverages and other café drinks according to recipes and quality standards.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders and other café equipment.
Take customer orders and handle billing/cash or POS transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment and work area.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Maintain consistent taste, presentation and portion sizes.
Assist with basic food preparation and serving when required.
Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor when ingredients need replenishing.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
Follow food-safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Previous barista/café experience is preferred, but freshers with a willingness to learn can also apply.
Basic knowledge of coffee and beverages is an advantage.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment.
Positive attitude, punctuality and cleanliness.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
