Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator / Computer Operator to maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and support data-driven decision-making for management. The ideal candidate has strong typing skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to handle business data with accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data across company systems, spreadsheets, and databases with a high level of accuracy.
- Compile and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, records, and assessments for management review.
- Organize and analyse data to support business reporting and operational decisions.
- Maintain and update records related to production, dispatch, inventory, sales, and exports as required.
- Verify data for errors or discrepancies and correct them promptly.
- Generate MIS reports and summaries using Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
- Retrieve and present data and records on request from management.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all company data.
- Coordinate with other departments to collect and consolidate required information.
- Perform general computer operations, file management, and document handling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate (any discipline).
- Proven experience in data entry or computer operation (freshers with strong skills may apply).
- Good typing speed with accuracy (English; Tamil typing is an added advantage).
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, pivot tables) and MS Word.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle and report data in a clear, structured manner.
- Basic understanding of email and office software.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
