ABOUT THE ROLE
Linc Digital Systems (P) Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead HVAC project execution end-to-end. The role owns project planning, design coordination, execution, billing, and cashflow management, and is accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality and compliance standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end HVAC project management, covering planning, design coordination, and execution.
- Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies for HVAC projects.
- Monitor project progress against plan and proactively resolve execution bottlenecks.
- Ensure all projects are completed within the approved budget and agreed timelines.
Financial & Commercial Management
- Manage project billing cycles and ensure timely raising and collection of invoices.
- Track and maintain healthy project cashflow throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project costs against budget and flag variances for corrective action.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Represent the project in meetings with consultants, customers, and PMC (Project Management Consultants).
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
Contractor & Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, and finalize contractors as per project requirements.
- Manage contractor performance and ensure work is executed as per defined quality and safety standards.
- Ensure all contractor engagements follow the proper approval process.
Project Closure
- Drive timely project closure with complete and accurate documentation.
- Ensure handover documentation, completion certificates, and statutory approvals are in place.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- 10–12 years of overall experience, with a demonstrated background in HVAC projects.
- Proven track record of managing HVAC projects from planning through closure.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, project billing, and cashflow management.
- Experience finalizing and managing contractors, with sound commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising with consultants, clients, and PMCs.
- Willingness to work from site or head office, as required.

Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the Business Unit Head – HVAC.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
