Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social media team and drive impactful digital campaigns for leading hospitality brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media strategy, team leadership, client management, and campaign execution, with the ability to deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
- Manage a team of Social Media Managers, Executives, Content Writers, and Designers to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution.
- Oversee content strategy, campaign planning, publishing schedules, and brand communication across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by conducting regular meetings, presenting campaign performance, and providing strategic recommendations.
- Drive brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and online reputation through innovative social media initiatives.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns, influencer collaborations, contests, and brand partnerships.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to recommend new strategies and best practices.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with Performance Marketing, SEO, Website Development, and Creative teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency, quality standards, and adherence to project timelines across all client accounts.
- Mentor and train team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement scalable social media workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and leading high-performing social media campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, social media analytics tools, Canva, and content planning platforms.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, content strategy, and performance metrics.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the hospitality industry or agency environment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
