Main Duties

- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, or general inquiries
- Handle complaints or issues quickly and politely
- Provide information about services, facilities, and local attractions
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs
- Maintain records of guest preferences and feedback
- Qualification
- Diploma or degree in hospital administration
