Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Relationship Manager – Retail Sales to lead customer engagement and drive premium in-store sales experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in retail sales, customer relationship management, and team coordination, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and assist walk-in customers with a professional and positive approach
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gifting solutions
- Drive retail sales and ensure achievement of monthly targets
- Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and maintain customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and follow-ups
Requirements
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in Retail Sales or Customer Relationship Management
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Presentable personality with a confident and sales-driven attitude
