Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect to lead solution design, architecture, and governance for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) implementations. The role involves driving technical excellence across CRM solutions, supporting presales initiatives, and contributing to practice innovation through accelerators and AI-driven capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Define solution architecture across Dynamics 365 CE modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Customer Insights.
- Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solutions, prioritizing standard capabilities over customizations.
- Lead fit-gap analysis, design workshops, architecture reviews, and proof-of-concepts.
- Design Dataverse architecture, security models, workflows, business processes, and user experiences.
- Architect integrations with enterprise systems using Azure services, APIs, and middleware.
- Drive adoption of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to extend CRM capabilities.
- Provide technical consultation for active projects and ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices.
- Support presales activities, solutioning, estimations, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Contribute to practice IPs, accelerators, and AI/Copilot-based CRM demos.
- Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE roadmap, releases, and licensing models.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of CRM/Enterprise Application experience with 4+ years in Dynamics 365 CE.
- Strong expertise in D365 CE, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
- Experience with plugin development, custom workflows, integrations, and CRM customizations.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Portals, Virtual Agents, and AI-enabled CRM solutions.
- Experience with Azure services, Azure AD/ADFS, OAuth, and application lifecycle management.
- Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and solution architecture skills.
Preferred
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform Solution Architect Certifications.
- Experience in presales, enterprise transformations, and AI-driven CRM solutions.
