About the Role
Maa Industrial Marketing is looking for a sincere, energetic, and responsible Office Boy cum Workshop Helper to support both office operations and workshop activities. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn.
Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, and common areas.
- Serve tea, coffee, and drinking water to staff and visitors.
- Assist with photocopying, filing, and document handling.
- Handle local bank, courier, and office-related errands.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks.
Workshop Duties
- Assist fitters in assembling motors, gearboxes, and industrial equipment.
- Help with loading, unloading, packing, and dispatch of materials.
- Arrange and move materials within the workshop.
- Keep the workshop clean and organized.
- Assist in basic maintenance and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or above.
- Prior experience as an Office Boy, Helper, or Workshop Helper is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and willing to perform both office and workshop duties.
- Honest, disciplined, and hardworking.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
