Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to lead outreach and mobilization efforts for our Overseas Employment Training Programs. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing field-level marketing strategies to attract aspiring youth for overseas job opportunities. This includes promoting training programs, managing mobilization campaigns, and building networks with local communities, institutions, and influencers.

Key Responsibilities:
o Plan and execute candidate mobilization activities at the grassroots level.
o Conduct outreach in colleges, ITIs, skill centers, community spaces, and with local influencers.
o Organize seminars, roadshows, and awareness drives to promote overseas training programs.
o Design and distribute promotional materials (flyers, videos, banners, etc.) in regional languages.
o Use social media, WhatsApp groups, and local digital platforms for online promotion.
o Coordinate with the central marketing team for campaigns and branding.
o Build and manage relationships with community leaders, educational institutions, NGOs, and government bodies for mobilization support.
o Act as a point of contact between field teams, training centers, and candidates.
o Maintain daily/weekly MIS and update mobilization progress.
o Provide feedback from the field to improve strategy and communication materials.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate in Marketing, Social Work, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in field marketing, mobilization, or skill development (experience in overseas training/migration programs preferred).
- Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (regional language fluency is a must).
o Strong planning and organizing ability.
o Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
o Basic proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp, and social media marketing tools.
