About the Role
Payplex Group is looking for a dynamic and future-focused leader who can grow into the role of Chief Executive Officer. As a Future CEO, you will work closely with senior leadership to drive business growth, execute strategic initiatives, improve operational excellence, and build scalable businesses across Technology, FinTech, AI, Digital Commerce, and Enterprise Solutions.
This role is designed for professionals with strong business acumen, leadership potential, and a passion for solving complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with organizational goals.
● Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion initiatives.
● Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and investment prospects.
● Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, and Technology.
● Monitor business performance and take data-driven decisions to improve productivity and profitability.
● Establish, implement, and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments.
● Oversee organizational planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
● Collaborate with executive leadership to define long-term business vision and strategic roadmaps.
● Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
● Lead business transformation, innovation, automation, and digital initiatives.
● Build a high-performance culture through leadership, mentoring, and succession planning.
● Ensure corporate governance, risk management, compliance, and ethical business practices.
● Represent the organization in investor meetings, strategic partnerships, and key stakeholder engagements.
● Review departmental performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.
● Drive customer satisfaction, service excellence, and continuous business improvement.

● Prior experience in Technology, FinTech, SaaS, E-commerce, Digital Commerce, or Enterprise Solutions will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
