Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying and attracting top talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding

Understand hiring requirements from different departments, especially sales roles

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Follow up with shortlisted candidates and manage offer rollouts

Coordinate with stakeholders for final selection and onboarding

Meet hiring targets within defined timelines
Key Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously

Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools

Good organizational and coordination skills
Preferred Skills

Experience in hiring for sales roles

Knowledge of HR processes and interview techniques

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience in ED-Tech preferred
