Position: Technical Project Manager
Location: Mohali, Phase 8B
Experience: 4+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for Web, Mobile, Python, and AI/ML projects.
- Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful project execution.
- Create project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising developers, QA engineers, designers, and business analysts.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and client review meetings.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Track team performance and provide guidance to achieve project goals.
- Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve challenges and improve development processes.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and best project management practices.
