We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who are eager to gain practical experience in end-to-end recruitment and human resource operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Contact shortlisted candidates via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Record recruitment calls (where applicable) and maintain proper call notes.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in onboarding selected candidates.
- Prepare daily recruitment reports and submit work updates.
- Perform additional HR-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Eligibility
- Students pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Internship Details
Position: HR Intern
Mode: Work From Home (WFH)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (IST)
Weekly Off: Sunday
Duration: 2 Months
Stipend: ₹8,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
