In-House Pharmacist
Hiring an In-House Pharmacist for Cranberry.Fit's migraine care plans — you'll be the clinical backbone our members rely on for safe, effective care.
- Review member prescriptions and flag drug interactions or contraindications
- Counsel members on medication usage, dosage, and side effects over calls
- Coordinate with treating doctors to clarify or adjust migraine treatment plans
- Maintain accurate medication records and update member charts accordingly
- Make outbound tele calls to members as needed for consultations and follow-ups
Requirements:
- B.Pharm/M Pharm
- Registered Pharmacy Licence is must
- Immediate Joiner
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
