We are excited to welcome a dedicated Front Office Manager to our team at Slam Lifestyle and Fitness Studio in Poonamallee. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth operation within our gym, and we are looking for someone with the right skills and experience.
**SALES EXPERIENCE NEED**
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Answer the phone calls and explain our gym amenities and convert walk-in customers to sales.
- Provide excellent customer service with good communication skills.
- Preferably have a sales background to assist with gym memberships.
- Handle petty cash and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor the general trainers and personal trainers operating in the gym.
- Supervise the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
**Shift Details:**
- Morning shift: 5:30 AM to 2 PM.
- One weekly shift from 2 PM to 10 PM (Saturday or Sunday off).
