Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and market share.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Social Media, Google Ads, YouTube, SEO, Influencer Marketing, etc.).
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels, creatives, and communications.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and performance marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and digital PR activities.
- Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align digital marketing with business objectives.
- Handle budget allocation, ROI tracking, and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging digital platforms.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in brand management and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, etc.).
- Creative thinker with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience in campaign management, influencer marketing, and online reputation management.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
