Role: Marketing Operations Trainee
Program: 06-Month Training + Full-Time Employment Opportunity
(Based on successful completion of training)
Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai(WFO Only)
Role Overview
We are looking for disciplined and fast-learning B.tech, MBA, MCA, , M.sc students to join our Marketing Operations Trainee.
Responsibilities
- Perform SEO keyword research and website optimization tasks.
- Assist with social media content planning & assets.
- Maintain campaign performance sheets and productivity trackers.
- Follow a structured self-learning + guided training curriculum.
- Assist in content writing for blogs, website pages, social media posts, and marketing campaigns.
- Support website content updates and publishing using WordPress.
Who Can Apply
- B.tech, MBA, MCA, M.sc students (2025,2026 Pass outs only) – (60% or above throughout academics).
- Strong work discipline and willingness to self-learn.
- Good written English.
- Interested in digital marketing.
- Knowledge or experience in Content Writing.
- Knowledge, understanding, or experience with WordPress.
Training Structure & Selection Funnel
- 06-month guided training.
- Final selection into the full-time role based on performance.
Bond Period
02 years from the date of commencement of the Training Program .
