Kerala Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Receptionist to join our growing team. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual who can manage front office operations efficiently.
Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in reception or customer service is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is presentable.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks.
- Maintain office records and support daily operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, BSc, etc.)
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam. Knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
