Job Summary
VTrust Group is looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager to lead and strengthen our HR function across multiple business units.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, HR policies, compliance and HR MIS, while working closely with senior management and department heads.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end HR operations across the Group.
* Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding and manpower planning.
* Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and systems.
* Manage employee performance, KRA/KPI and appraisal processes.
* Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave and incentive-related processes.
* Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
* Plan and implement employee training and development programs.
* Ensure HR compliance and proper employee documentation.
* Prepare and present monthly HR MIS and management reports.
* Monitor employee engagement, retention and attrition.
* Work closely with management and department heads on workforce and organizational development.
* Continuously improve HR processes and organizational culture.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
* MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
* Experience in healthcare, education or multi-unit organizations is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment and performance management.
* Good knowledge of HRMS, payroll coordination and MS Office.
* Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to work independently and coordinate with senior management.
