Throughout the day, the focus remains on delivering seamless migration experiences while addressing any challenges that arise during the process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align migration activities with organizational objectives.
- Monitor migration progress and optimize processes to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project tasks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle GoldenGate.
- Strong knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Experience in backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning for database environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and their integration with database systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex database issues and implement effective solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
