- Plan, manage, and supervise civil construction projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Monitor site progress, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Manage project resources, materials, and manpower efficiently.
- Ensure projects are completed within timeline and budget.
- Conduct site inspections and progress meetings with stakeholders.
- Handle documentation, reports, and compliance requirements.
- Resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project workflow.
