About the Role
Nexgen Marketing Technologies is looking for a skilled and results-driven Black Hat SEO Executive to join our remote SEO team. The candidate will be responsible for executing advanced SEO strategies, improving search engine rankings, increasing organic traffic, and working on competitive keywords and international SEO projects.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with aggressive SEO strategies, off-page SEO, link building, SEO automation, competitor analysis, and ranking experiments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute advanced SEO strategies for competitive keywords.
- Perform detailed keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Execute On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO activities.
- Develop and manage advanced backlink and link-building campaigns.
- Work with expired domains, redirects, tiered link-building and PBN strategies where appropriate.
- Identify ranking opportunities and test different SEO strategies.
- Monitor keyword rankings, indexing, organic traffic and website performance.
- Analyze competitor backlink profiles and ranking strategies.
- Work on multiple websites and SEO campaigns simultaneously.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and identify technical issues.
- Use SEO tools to track rankings, backlinks, traffic and campaign performance.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and new SEO techniques.
- Prepare daily/weekly SEO performance reports.
- Meet assigned SEO targets and deadlines independently while working remotely.
Required Skills
- 1–3+ years of practical SEO experience.
- Strong understanding of Black Hat / aggressive SEO strategies.
- Good knowledge of Keyword Research and Competitor Analysis.
- Strong Off-Page SEO and Link Building knowledge.
- Understanding of PBNs, expired domains, redirects and tiered link building.
- Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSA, Scrapebox or similar SEO tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress and website structure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with international / US / UK SEO.
- Travel, affiliate or lead-generation SEO experience.
- Experience handling high-competition keywords.
- Previous experience managing multiple domains.
- Proven record of improving keyword rankings and organic traffic.

Compensation
Salary: ₹5000 – ₹8000 per month
Salary will be based on experience, technical skills and interview performance.
