Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Commercial Interior Designer with experience in workplace and corporate interior projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong conceptual design skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept through construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative workplace and commercial interior design concepts.
- Prepare space planning layouts and design presentations.
- Produce detailed working drawings and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare material palettes, finishes, furniture, lighting, and FF&E selections.
- Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation.
- Resolve on-site design and technical challenges.
- Ensure project timelines and quality standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with visualization and technical teams throughout the design process.
- Stay updated with workplace trends, sustainable design practices, and emerging materials.
Required Skills
- Excellent space planning and design development skills.
- Strong knowledge of commercial interior detailing.
- Experience preparing Good for Construction (GFC) drawings.
- Understanding of building services coordination (MEP).
- Strong presentation and client communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Software Skills
- AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- SketchUp
- Revit (Preferred)
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- Microsoft Office
Knowledge of BIM workflows and visualization software will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial workplace interior design.
- Experience in corporate offices, IT parks, hospitality, healthcare, or mixed-use developments will be preferred.
