Job Summary
UK International London Beauty School (UKIBS) is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead and develop our inside sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in EdTech sales, and a proven ability to drive team performance, improve conversion rates, and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the inside sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Monitor daily sales activities, team productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular call audits and provide constructive feedback to improve sales effectiveness.
- Coach team members on communication, objection handling, consultative selling, and closing techniques.
- Identify gaps in the sales process and implement strategies to improve lead conversion and customer engagement.
- Organize training sessions and skill development programs for the sales team.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and share insights with management.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on sales planning, forecasting, and execution strategies.
- Ensure high-quality customer interactions and maintain a customer-centric sales approach.
- Drive a positive, performance-focused, and growth-oriented team culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in EdTech Sales, Inside Sales, or Sales Leadership roles.
- Prior experience managing and coaching sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM tools, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Education, EdTech, Training, or Skill Development industry.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales performance tracking tools.

₹6,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per year (Depending on experience and performance)
