Short JD – Accounts and Finance Manager
We are looking for an experienced Accounts and Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, accounting processes, budgeting, compliance, and reporting. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, preparing financial reports, monitoring cash flow, and supporting business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and finance activities
- Prepare financial statements and MIS reports
- Handle GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance
- Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
- Conduct bank reconciliations and audit coordination
- Ensure accuracy of accounting records and internal controls
- Lead and supervise the accounts team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce
- CA/CMA/MBA Finance preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and finance
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP, and MS Excel
- Good analytical and leadership skills
Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience.
