We’re hiring: HR + People Ops (ACPL)
ACPL (Apni Cricket Premier League) is building a new-age tennis-ball cricket league with franchises, serious operations, and high-energy storytelling. We’re moving fast, building a team across functions and cities, and we need an HR who can turn hustle into a clean, scalable people system.
If you love building teams from scratch, creating culture, and making execution smoother every week—this role is for you.
What you’ll do
Own end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination, offer closures, onboarding.
Build practical HR processes: role scorecards, onboarding kits, policies, attendance/leave basics, performance rhythm.
Set culture on Day 1: values, communication standards, accountability, and team rituals.
Act as founder’s HR partner: help convert priorities into headcount plans and weekly hiring targets.
Who you are
You’ve worked in HR/Recruitment/People Ops (startup or high-growth preferred).
You can hire across diverse roles (ops, sales, marketing, creators, ground teams).
You’re organized, proactive, and great at follow-ups.
You can balance empathy with firm execution.
Bonus points
Experience hiring for events, sports, agencies, or field teams.
Comfort with tools like Notion/Sheets/ATS and building simple systems quickly.
Location & work style
Jaipur-based; remote/hybrid not possible. Some coordination across cities may be required depending on the season calendar.
