Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and communication-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, experience in client-facing roles, and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams. The role involves managing relationships, identifying growth opportunities, ensuring smooth project execution, and contributing to business expansion initiatives.
The candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital media environment.
Role & Responsibilities (but not limited to) :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, requirement gathering sessions, and follow-up discussions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and delivery.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal departments.
- Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and business documents.
- Collaborate with leadership teams on strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring team members when required.
- Maintain regular communication with management regarding project updates and deliverables.
- Build and improve operational processes to increase team efficiency.
- Support content and creative teams by ensuring clear communication of requirements and objectives.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, Account Management, Operations, Project Management, or similar client-facing roles.
- Freshers are not eligible for this role.
- Experience handling client communications and stakeholder management.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in digital media, content, marketing, advertising, or creative industries will be preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under deadlines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
