Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations taxation reporting inventory costing and compliance activities. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands on experience in accounting and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting and Reporting
- Daily accounting entries ledger management and bank reconciliationPreparation of monthly quarterly and yearly financial statementsMIS reporting P and L analysis and cost analysis
- Payables and Receivables- Vendor invoice verification and payment processing Customer billing and collection follow ups Monitoring outstanding dues
- GST and Tax Compliance-GST return filing GSTR 1 and GSTR 3BTDS calculation and return filing
- Maintaining tax records and audit documentationInventory valuation of vehicles and spare partsCOGS calculation and cost tracking
- Stock reconciliation with warehouse and dealers
- Bank reconciliation BRSCash flow planning and fund managementLoan and EMI tracking
- Handling internal and external audits
- Ensuring statutory and financial compliance
Required Skills

Qualifications
BCom or MCom
CA Inter or CMA Inter preferred
Experience
3 to 7 years relevant experience
Automobile or manufacturing industry experience preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
